Our Grand Tiramisu Wedding Cake is crafted in-house in Newcastle and delivered across the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, and the Central Coast. Many couples across the Hunter Valley choose our tiramisu as a modern alternative to a traditional tiered wedding cake.
It's a centrepiece dessert made to be shared, savoured, and remembered.
Layers of espresso-soaked savoiardi, silky mascarpone, and a classic cocoa finish create a tiramisu that feels as beautiful as it is indulgent.

La Tavola (Round)
Serves approximately 60 to 70 guests when served as a large spoon portion.

Our most popular size, La Tavola is made for moments worth marking. Often chosen as a modern alternative to a traditional tiered cake, it suits wedding receptions, milestone birthdays, and celebrations where dessert becomes part of the event itself.
With its generous round presentation, La Tavola feels ceremonial, abundant, and made to be gathered around.
La Grande (Round)
Serves approximately 80 to 90 guests when served as a large spoon portion.

La Grande is our hero Giant Tiramisu. Designed to act as both dessert and centrepiece, this is the size for large weddings, corporate events, and celebrations where you want the dessert to make an entrance.
Bold in scale and generous in spirit, La Grande is less about subtlety and more about creating a shared moment guests remember long after the last spoonful.

Serving Vessel and Security Deposit
Your Giant Tiramisu is presented in a reusable serving vessel that remains the property of Spodeli.
This item includes a returnable serving vessel and requires a $50 refundable vessel bond. The bond is included with your order and will be refunded once the vessel is returned.
Return Timeframes
Vessels must be returned within 3 days of your event date.
Late returns incur a fee of $25 per day, deducted from the security deposit. If a vessel is not returned or is returned damaged, the deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover replacement or repair.
This system allows us to continue offering our Giant Tiramisu in beautiful, high-quality vessels for future celebrations.
