Founded by Natalie and shaped alongside her eldest daughter, Nina, Spodeli is guided by a shared love of food, family and the quiet magic that happens when people come together.

The Name

The name Spodeli comes from a Macedonian word meaning “to share”.

It reflects everything this business was built on: food made to be passed around the table, moments experienced together, and memories that linger long after the day has passed.

Our Approach

We take a low-maintenance, considered approach to how we work.

There are no endless consults and no unnecessary steps. Just a clear process, thoughtful questions, and then the freedom to step away knowing everything has been taken care of.

Behind the scenes, we remain hands-on at every stage. From baking and styling through to packing and delivery, each order is handled by our small family team with care and intention.

What Matters to Us

We handle every step ourselves: the admin, baking, packing, delivery, and the care that goes with it. We believe in slowing down, in the beauty of things made by hand, and in service that feels genuine.
