To confirm the correct zone, simply open Apple Maps or Google Maps and type:
“from Spodeli to your delivery address or venue name”,
then select Directions to view the total driving distance (in kilometres).

While pricing is generally based on distance, some venues may incur additional delivery costs due to factors such as difficult access, restricted refrigeration availability, extended setup times, long walks from parking, early bump-in requirements, or venue-specific access restrictions.

Please note: tiered cakes, large dessert installations, early bump-in times, long walks from parking, or venue access restrictions may affect the final delivery fee. If any adjustment is required, we will send an adjusted invoice.

We regularly deliver across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, the Central Coast and surrounding regions. If your venue is not listed above, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

Extended Distance Wedding Deliveries (100km+)

For venues located more than 100km from our studio, delivery is calculated using our extended distance rate. This accounts for travel time, vehicle costs, and the specialised handling required to safely transport tiered wedding cakes.

These deliveries begin with the Zone 10 base rate of $250. Additional distance beyond 100km is calculated at $1.55 per kilometre.

Long-distance deliveries also include return travel to the studio, calculated at 50% of the additional distance fee.

This ensures your cake arrives safely, is professionally set up at the venue, and that our team can return equipment and preparation items back to the studio.

We regularly deliver wedding cakes throughout the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, the Central Coast, and the Mid North Coast, including venues in Pokolbin, Lovedale, Nelson Bay, Terrigal, and Forster.

If your venue falls outside our listed delivery zones, please contact us and we will happily prepare a delivery quote for you.

Free Delivery Zone (0–5km)

¹Free delivery applies to orders over $50.
Orders under $50 will incur a $7 local delivery fee.
