Refund Policy

Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will help. We understand that things come up and you may need to change your delivery to another date. You can email us at contact@spodeli.com.au if you need to change anything about your order.

Orders that need to be postponed, will be held over in our system for a maximum of 6 months from the original order date.

If the store credit is not used within that time frame, the order will be cancelled, and all moneys paid will be forfeited by the customer.

The deposit will be deducted from the total balance of your order, once finalised. Your remaining balance will be invoiced to you, for payment, no later than two (2) weeks prior to your event.

No refunds or store credit will be given for cancellation or change of date

If your event is cancelled or postponed, your deposit will be forfeited and your date will no longer be secured via the deposit. The "save the date" deposit is NOT TRANSFERABLE to another date.

Please Note: Purchasing a save the date, will not lock in current cake pricing. Cake pricing is subject to change at any time (this doesn’t change often but we do mention it, because often people are saving dates that are 6-12 months in advance). Your final invoice will be sent at the current price when you finalize cake details, not always what you see when purchasing your ‘save the date”.

Afterpay and Zip pay

You are only eligible to receive a refund via Afterpay or ZipPay if the goods you have received are faulty.
