Refund Policy

 Afterpay and Zip pay
You are only eligible to receive a full refund via Afterpay or ZipPay if the goods are faulty. If a refund is processed, you are eligible for a store credit only.
Your credit note will last 3 years from the date of issue. You still have to continue paying your payments as you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away.
