If you place an order without pre-approval from our team, we are under no obligation to fulfil your order.

If we are unable to allocate the time required to fulfil your order, it will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method, minus a $25 administration fee.

Products in our “Available Today” collection are excluded from this policy.
