Our chairs are well maintained and in very good condition. They look beautiful on their own or styled with flowers and decorations, and fold flat for transport.

The full hire fee is payable when booking online. Select the number of chairs required using the dropdown menu and enter your approved pickup date.

Cancellations & date changes
Cancellation charges are based on the notice given before your confirmed pickup or delivery date.
More than 14 days’ notice: 10% of the hire fee.
8–14 days’ notice: 50% of the hire fee.
7 days’ notice or less: 100% of the hire fee.
These charges will be reduced where costs are saved or we secure a replacement booking that reduces our loss.
Any security bond paid will be refunded in full if you cancel.
Date changes are subject to availability. If we can accommodate your new date, your payment will be transferred to that booking. If your new date is unavailable and you cancel, the cancellation charges above apply.
Security bond & charges
A separate $200 security bond applies to your hire. You can pay this online when booking or select the option to bring $200 cash on pickup. For delivery bookings, the bond must be paid before the chairs are handed over.
The bond is refunded after all chairs have been returned and checked, less any applicable charges. Cash bonds are refunded once the return inspection is complete. Online bond refunds are processed within 3 business days, with bank processing times additional.
The following charges apply:
Minor damage requiring repair: $20 per chair.
Missing chairs or chairs damaged beyond repair: $50 per chair.
Overdue returns: $2 per outstanding chair per day.
Additional agreed hire days: $2 per chair per day.
Repair and replacement charges will not both be applied to the same chair. Ordinary wear from normal use won’t be charged.
Any bond deductions will be documented with photos and a breakdown. Charges exceeding the security bond will be invoiced separately.
Pickup & return
Your 3-day hire includes time for pickup, your event and return. Pickup and return dates and times are confirmed when booking and must be followed.
Please bring a suitable vehicle, protective blankets and straps to transport the chairs securely.
Chairs must be returned clean, dry and folded, with all decorations removed.
If you need to extend your hire, please contact us before your agreed return time. Extensions are subject to availability.
Looking after the chairs
Use on firm, level ground with chairs fully clicked open.
Do not stand on or drag chairs.
Do not use staples, glue or adhesives that damage the finish.
Keep chairs sheltered when not in use and do not leave them outside overnight.
Delivery & collection
Please provide the venue address, access details and required times when requesting a quote.
Unless packing is included in your quote, chairs must be folded and gathered in the agreed sheltered area ready for collection.
