Sprink is a commercial grade all purpose release agent prepared from refined and deodorised canola oil and lecithin. Sprink does not contain water and is free from any odour or after taste. The valve and propellant are balanced to give a very thin film which provides complete and clean release even with cakes containing a high sugar content.
Sprink is ideal for the coating of all baking surfaces including cake tins, baking sheets and difficult moulds.
