Please check availability BEFORE placing your order.
If you order for a date that is sold out and you have not seeked pre approval by our team to go ahead and order, we are under no obligation to fulfill your order and you will not receive a refund. Your order will be cancelled and you will receive a store credit in line with our cancellation/refund policy below.

DELIVERY / TRAVEL / PICKUP
NOTE: If you select the wrong delivery zone, your order will be updated for payment, prior to delivery.
To find the correct distance, type "from Spodeli to ......." into your apple/google maps and click on directions.
Delivery Fees from Wallsend NSW 2287 are as follows:
0-5 km (free zone*)
6-10 km (Zone 1) $20
11-20 km (Zone 2) $30
21-30 km (Zone 3) $45
31-40 km (Zone 4) $65
41-50 km (Zone 5) $80
51-60 km (Zone 6) $120
61-70 km (Zone 7) $140
71-80 km (Zone 8) $160
81-90 km (Zone 9) $180
91-100 km (Zone 10) $200

*FREE DELIVERY ZONE IS FOR ORDERS OVER $50.
If you order and select the wrong delivery zone, we will correct the invoice on our end and send it via email for payment prior to delivery.
Someone must be present to accept the delivery. Spodeli accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered (including when you give permission to leave the items unattended) and in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.
If no-one is home and we cannot make contact with the recipient or yourself, we will wait for as long as practicable before leaving. A redelivery fee (depending on your distance, will be charged in accordance to the fees outlined above). Alternatively, the recipient or yourself can collect from our Wallsend Studio.

Cancellation Policy
If you have ordered on a date that we are sold out and you have NOT made contact first to get approval to order, we will cancel the order in our system or you have requested to cancel your order, you will be provided a store credit only for any money paid, minus a 25% cancellation fee from the order total.

Reschedule Policy
Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order and we will help. We understand that things come up and you may need to change your delivery to another date. We will try to accommodate this around our availability. You can email us at contact@spodeli.com.au if you need to change anything about your order.

Gift Card Policy
Gift Cards have a 3 year expiry from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be re-issued or transferred to cash.
Refund Policy
As part of our Customer Service commitment, Spodeli will advise our customers to place their orders carefully as Spodeli does not provide refunds or exchanges.
All orders placed are done so on a non-returnable basis unless defective.
No refunds offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient

Spodeli will not accept any returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, seals ripped, tampered with or not in their original condition.

You are welcome to a refund or credit note only where:
- the incorrect item(s) are delivered (provided the item(s) have not been opened or tampered with
- the item/s are defective

FOOD HANDLING
We strongly recommend that due to the perishable nature of the foods provided that each box must be kept refrigerated until you are ready to serve.
After delivery we do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury that may occur either directly or indirectly related to the presentation and location of the platters if otherwise than in accordance with our recommendations.

"SAVE THE DATE" TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your deposit will secure the date for your cake order.
This deposit will be deducted from the total balance of your order, once finalized. Your remaining balance will be invoiced to you, for payment, no later than two (2) weeks prior to your event.
No refunds will be given for cancellation or change of date
this is because, we reserve time to make your cake, on the date you require it, which means we turn away other orders.
If you cancel, we are then out of pocket for the time we had reserved for you.
If your event is cancelled or postponed, this deposit will be forfeited and your date will no longer be secured via this deposit.
This save the date deposit is NOT TRANSFERABLE to another date.
Please Note: Purchasing a save the date, will not lock in current cake pricing. Cake pricing is subject to change at any time (this doesn’t change often but we do mention it, because often people are saving dates that are 6-12 months in advance). Your final invoice will be sent at the current price when you finalize cake details, not always what you see when purchasing your ‘save the date”.

ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or intolerances. We are able to cater to a variety of intolerance, allergies and preferences and keep these items labelled and separated, however it must be understood that while Spodeli takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals and avoid cross contamination, please be aware they may still be present and that our platters and cakes are not prepared in an allergy-free environment.
Spodeli accepts no liability whatsoever to any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming a Spodeli product.
If you have guests who have allergies or intolerances, it is important to let them know that we cannot 100% guarantee an allergen free environment.

PRODUCT CHANGES
Each grazing box is unique and produce is based on availability and season. All boxes come beautifully packaged with a custom made gift card to suit the occasion. If you have a particular vision for your order, please contact us with details, we would love to discuss it further with you.
Spodeli reserves the right to substitute products and items when our regular products are not available.
All substitutions are similar in value and quality.
